My name is Debra O'Neill and I specialize in residential real estate on the Westside and San Fernando Valley. I am a real estate agent with Remax Terrasol and I am their Director of Residential and Luxury Properties. It is my passion to find the perfect home for my clients. I believe in consultative sales as I listen to every need of my clients and find them exactly what they are looking for. 

I am a fierce negotiator and hand-hold my clients through the process and treat every transaction as if it were my own. I also attended appraisal school, so I am very well educated in what improvements need to be made to ensure my clients gets top dollar for their home. 

I have bought and sold dozens of homes that were almost tear-downs and made them beautiful. I know what investors need to maximize their profits. 

My area of expertise is in the San Fernando Valley and the Westside: Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Tarzana, West Hills, Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Encino, Bell Canyon, Hidden Hills, Porter RANCH, Pasadena, Westwood, Bel-Air, West LA and Beverly Hills. I was born and raised in Los Angeles so I am very familiar with the geography especially the Bel-Air, Brentwood and Westwood areas. 

I am a relocation expert and a buyer's agent for families out of state and enjoy finding them their perfect dream house. I also specialize in first time buyers find their perfect home and I'm an expert listing agent who always gets top dollar. I also help a lot of sellers out of state get their property ready for the market and handle all facets of getting the property sold for top dollar. I am 95% referral based due to my excellent service I provide.
