To Whom it may concern:
this past summer I wanted to sell a property that I owned in Southern California, I have lived in North Carolina for the past 5 years and needed someone to not only list the property and get it sold but to handle all of the logistics of the house. I called Debra on July 18 to set up a meeting at the house on July 24th. When we met she looked at the house walked through it with me and immediately gave me recommendations for work that needed to be done and work that should be done to sell it quickly. It needed some serious TLC, wallpaper removal, new paint, new carpet, electrical work in the kitchen to get it up to code, sanding and cleaning hardwood floors, shrub removal and overall landscape help. Debra came up with a plan and a budget for the work, around $7000 total for all items. I left town on Monday July 25 to return to NC and never saw the house again. All the work we agreed upon around the house was completed by Debra under budget, the house was listed Saturday August 6th, we received multiple written offers on August 9th, after counter offers and back and forth with the buyers we came to an agreement on a price August 19th for $25,000 over list, making the $7000 I spent in fixing it well worth the investment, the house closed on September 20th. I was able to docusign all but a few documents that needed wet ink on them and Debra handled all of that. I mention all of this because from start to finish I didn’t have to handle anything expect signing paperwork, which made my life easy considering I was in North Carolina. Debra handled the logistics of the home and the repairs in an amazingly fast fashion and our home was listed, fixed and sold within two months for $25,000 more than we listed it. I have no reservations or concerns recommending Debra as I’m well aware my process was made possible because of her work and experience, not only in real estate but the area.
God Bless,
Jason
